Tim Lambert joins Octopus team
Octopus Investments has named Tim Lambert as strategic partnerships manager.
Lambert joins from Parallel Capital, a firm focused on investments in the retirement, healthcare and assisted living space, which he founded in 2011. Through this venture he worked closely with the Octopus healthcare team on the development of retirement village Wadswick Green.
Prior to establishing Parallel, Lambert was head of consulting at property investment company Ducalian Capital. Previous positions include marketing roles at Citywise and Akiko.
In his new role, Lambert will work with family offices, private clients and high-net-worth individuals as the company seeks to build relationships across its investor base.
He will initially focus on the affordable housing sector, seeking to attract investment from the institutional and family office space into side developments for these projects.
