LDC hires Baker and O'Donovan

Baker joins from Grant Thornton's corporate finance team, where he completed 20 deals over nine years, focusing mainly on the industrials sector. Prior to that, he worked as a manager at Clark Howes. Baker began his career as an accountant with Wellers Accountants.

O'Donovan joins from Citibank, where he worked in the private equity services team. In his new role as investment manager, O'Donovan will focus on deal sourcing. He began his career as a graduate analyst at Citi in September 2012.
