Augmentum Capital announces formal launch
Augmentum Capital has formally launched its fund today, looking to invest £50m in private equity investments over the next three years.
The fund was founded by Tim Levene and Richard Matthews and is solely backed by London-listed investment trust RIT Capital Partners plc.
Augmentum Capital will look to invest between £3m and £10m in UK- and Hong Kong-based growth businesses that are about to break-even or profitable in the e-commerce and technology sectors.
