
Eversheds hires DLA’s Beardmore as senior corporate partner
Eversheds has appointed Mark Beardmore as corporate partner in its Company Commercial practice group.
Beardmore will be based in the firm's Birmingham office. He joins from DLA Piper, where he was a managing partner in the firm's Birmingham office.
According to unquote" data, Beardmore joined DLA in 1999 and spent 12 months in-house with GKN's M&A team, working on a number of international transactions, including the disposal of Westland Helicopters to a joint venture with Agusta of Italy. He is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. He holds a law degree from Warwick University.
