TA Associates promotes three in London office

J Morgan Seigler, previously a director in the London office, was promoted to managing director. He focuses on European technology investments for the firm and has notably led investments in Access Technology Group, Cmosis and Flashtalking.

TA had already promoted Seigler to director from a principal role in January last year. Prior to joining TA, Seigler worked at Viking Global Investors, Morgan Stanley and Raymond James.

Naveen Wadhera has also been promoted to managing director from a director role. He focuses on European and Asia-Pacific investments and also serves as co-head of Asia for the firm. Deals he has worked on include Fractal Analytics, IndiaIdeas.com, Micromax, RateGain, Tega Industries and YeePay.

Patrick Sader has been promoted from his previous principal role to director, focusing on investments in the consumer, financial and business services sectors in Europe. Transactions he has been involved in include Hana Group, Zadig & Voltaire and DNCA Finance.

TA also announced six further promotions in offices outside Europe, including two managing director promotions in the Boston office.
