Catalyst appoints Falzon as principal
Catalyst Corporate Finance has recruited Michael Falzon, former Deloitte assistant director, as principal in its Midlands office.
Falzon joins the Catalyst team after spending eight years at Deloitte. He initially joined the transaction services team as assistant manager. He was subsequently seconded to LDC for 12 months, where he provided support to the regional managing director on the firm's southern region portfolio and gained experience in the investment committee process. In 2011, Falzon was promoted to assistant director.
Catalyst has completed 13 deals since the beginning of 2014. Managing partner Andy Currie stated the company has a pipeline of a further 20 deals due to complete by the end of the year.
The corporate finance advisor specialises in company sales, acquisitions, debt advisory, private equity and debt funded management buyouts.
