Palamon appoints two
Palamon Capital Partners has added two team members in Ali Rahmatollahi and Christian Beck, who join as associate partner and advisory board member, respectively.
The GP's new associate partner, Rahmatollahi, spent the previous eight years at Morgan Stanley, where he most recently worked as an executive director responsible for financial sponsor coverage.
Rahmatollahi has previously worked at McKinsey & Company, and co-founded Middle-East-focused fund OP Capital Partners in 2004.
Beck joins Palamon as an adviser to the board. He has been particularly involved with Palamon's Scandinavian portfolio over the past 10 years, serving as chairman of several companies.
Beck is currently the chairman of Norway's Eneas Energy, and has previously been CEO of several companies, including Banqsoft ASA and Sakhalin Petroleum.
