Baker Tilly appoints three

Baker Tilly has appointed Laura Howes, Amy Lewis and Umito Choji to its corporate finance team in Leeds.
Howes and Lewis join as corporate finance managers, and will be focusing on lead advisory and transaction services.
Howes joins from Garbutt & Elliott where she was part of the corporate finance team, predominantly working with family- and owner-managed businesses.
Lewis previously worked in corporate finance for BDO, primarily with mid-market clients across a variety of sectors including retail.
Choji meanwhile joins as a corporate finance executive. He graduated from Warwick Business School and has previously worked at consultancy Oxford Policy Management.
Baker Tilly's Leeds office also promoted Martin Athey to associate director and James McDonnell to manager in the Leeds office.
