Altium hires Livingstone's Jones
Corporate finance house Altium has appointed former Livingstone Partners director Christopher Jones as a managing director.
In his previous role, Jones was a director and co-head of Livingstone's consumer sector team. He joined the company in December 2005. Notable deals he worked on include the sale of Reed & Mackay by Isis Equity Partners to ECI Partners in April 2011; Isis's £9m management buyout of Key Travel; and Growth Capital Partners purchase of Iglu.com from Mobeus Equity Partners (known then as Matrix Private Equity) in May 2012.
Prior to joining Livingstone, Jones spent five years with Ernst & Young's M&A team. He studied at the University of Durham and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2003.
