Investec hires Joanna Turney

Investec Specialist Bank has appointed Joanna Turney to its growth and acquisition finance team.
Turney will originate and execute transactions on behalf of growth businesses and entrepreneurial management teams, and will be reporting to Ed Cottrell, head of the growth and acquisition finance team.
Turney joins Investec from an associate director role in the leveraged finance team at RBS, where she had been working since 2008. Prior to this, Turney was a portfolio manager at RBS's UK Corporate Bank.
Following the appointments of Grant Davidson and Paul Rablen earlier this year, Turney is the third addition to the team, which brings the total number to 16 people.
