Next Wave promotes three
Next Wave Partners has promoted Dean MacKenzie to partner, while Ed Crossman and Jonathan Redman have been promoted to investment managers.
MacKenzie joined Next Wave in 2012, focusing on investments in the business support services and consumer products sectors. He sits on the board of post-production house Molinare. Prior to joining, MacKenzie spent seven years with Primary Capital and nine years with Accenture.
Crossman joined NWP in 2012, focusing on deal origination, portfolio management and investor relations. He sits on the board of Petainer. Prior to NWP, Crossman was an entrepreneur and also spent four years with Cambridge Associates.
Redman joined in 2011 with a focus on investment appraisal and portfolio management. He sits on the board of SPA Future Thinking and Molinare. Previously, Redman spent four years on the transaction services team at PwC.
