Clearwater hires Joe Dyke as director

Most recently, Dyke worked at Grant Thornton, RBS and Bookpoint, where he advised clients on strategy, fundraising and financial restructuring.

His appointment follows the arrival of Birmingham-based associates Alex Brindley and Steve McQuillian in February 2016.

The appointment forms part of Clearwater's expansion of its debt advisory coverage in the Midlands market. The firm now covers the south, Midlands and north of England, and expects to see growth in transaction activity as a result.
