
NorthEdge's Rawlinson promoted to CFO

UK private equity house NorthEdge Capital has promoted Emma Rawlinson from finance director to chief financial officer.
Rawlinson has been with the firm since its inception in 2009. Prior to becoming chief financial officer, she held the role of finance director. She will continue to be responsible for HR, legal and infrastructure issues at the firm.
Prior to joining NorthEdge, Rawlinson was a manager in Deloitte's debt advisory practice having joined the business in 2005.
Northedge manages its maiden fund, which held a final close on its £225m hard-cap in 2013. At the end of last year, the team was bolstered with the addition of James Marshall as investment executive.
