Harley will join the company's global banking practice, focusing on advising financial sponsors and alternative capital providers on all aspects of borrower finance. The hire is part of White & Case's increased focus on private equity sponsors.
He joins from Maclay Murray & Spens, having previously worked at Dickson Minto, and has more than 12 years of experience.
Recently, White & Case advised Innovia Group on its debut floating rate high yield bond issue, Avast Software on its sale of a minority stake to CVC Capital Partners and Mid Europa on the sale of T-Mobile Czech Republic to Deutsche Telecom.
