Gresham's Bull to head up Barracuda's private equity efforts
Anthony Bull, former co-head of the London team at Gresham Private Equity, is to head up the newly created private equity division at recruitment firm Barracuda Group.
Bull has also worked at 3i, LDC and Mitsui Private Equity. He joined Gresham in 2009 as a partner.
The new division at Barracuda intends to help existing and new private equity portfolio companies to boost their recruitment efforts.
The team will work across the investment cycle, initially focusing on deal identification, early-stage commercial due diligence and board composition advice. Once a deal is complete, the firm will identify senior execs to join the portfolio company.
Barracuda was founded in 2004 by two executive search professionals.
