Energy Ventures lead NOK 170m buyout of Read Well
Energy Ventures has, alongside Viking Venture, KLP and management, wholly acquired oil & gas services provider Read Well Services (RWS), valuing the business at NOK 170m.
Aberdeen-based RWS was founded in 1990 and provides downhole technology services to the oil & gas industry. The company employs 67 people and, last year, revenues amounted to £8.6m.
