Banszky named 3i non-exec director

Banszky is currently managing director of The Law Debenture Corporation, a global investment trust.

Before joining Debenture in 2002, Banszky was chief operating officer of Novae Group, known at the time as SVB Holdings, a Lloyd's listed integrated vehicle. Prior to that she was finance director at NM Rothschild.

Banszky qualified as a chartered accountant with Peat Marwick & Mitchell (now part of KPMG). She studied at the University of Exeter.
