Clydesdale welcomes CSF recruits
Clydesdale Bank Corporate & Structured Finance has appointed Toby Furnivall and Mark Timms as associate directors within its team in London and the south.
Timms, a solicitor, worked in the banking and finance department of international law firm Pinsent Masons for five years, where he advised private equity firms, banks and corporate clients on corporate finance and leveraged deals.
Furnivall, meanwhile, is a chartered accountant who spent the past five years as a relationship manager in Allied Irish Bank's corporate banking division. There, he specialised in sectors including retail, media, logistics and support services.
Paul Marshall, corporate area director for Clydesdale London and South, said: "Mark and Toby's experience will be valuable as we continue to develop our business in the corporate arena, where we are supporting an increasing number of refinancing deals."
