Gow appointed new partner at HMT
British advisory firm HMT has hired Chris Gow as a partner to establish a debt advisory team within the company’s corporate finance division.
Gow joins from Candlewick Asset Management, where he was a director. Prior to joining Candlewick, Gow was the head of BSU investments at Lloyds Banking Group and spent eight years as senior director in Bank of Scotland's leverage finance team.
Taking up his new role on 1 September, Gow will help the firm launch a new London office.
With Gow's appointment, HMT adds debt advisory to its current offering of corporate finance, audit, tax and transaction services.
