Bridgepoint adds senior debt for Quilter
Bridgepoint's portfolio company Quilter has arranged a ТЃ67.5m senior debt facility.
GE Capital was appointed mandated lead arranger, supported by HSBC, Investec, and RBS. Based on estimated deal value, the deal is leveraged at around 40%.
Bridgepoint acquired private wealth manager Quilter from Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in a January 2012 MBO. The enterprise value of the deal was in the £150m-£200m range.
