Investec GAF appoints Davidson
Investec Specialist Bank has appointed Grant Davidson to its growth & acquisition finance team.
Davidson will focus on origination and execution of deals for both entrepreneurs and private equity firms. He will report to Ed Cottrell, head of Investec Growth & Acquisition Finance.
Davidson was previously finance director of LGC Standards, a science business backed by Bridgepoint, which he joined in in 2011. Prior to LGC, he spent eight years at Lyceum Capital where he was an associate partner focused on originating and executing deals in the UK mid-market, primarily in service sectors. Before joining Lyceum, Davidson spent two years in Société Générale's London-based M&A team and qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC.
