
Palatine hires three for Manchester deal team

Palatine Private Equity has recruited Kieran Lawton, Tom Wildig and James Painter for its investment team in Manchester.
Lawton has been hired as investment director. He joins from BDO Corporate Finance, where he was a director in the leisure and hospitality M&A team. He has previously worked on Palatine investments in a corporate finance advisory capacity, with transactions including Air Energi, Gusto and The Alchemist.
Wildig joined as investment manager. Prior to that, he spent four years in corporate finance, having worked at Deloitte as an assistant director and at BDO as a corporate finance executive.
Painter has been appointed investment executive, joining from KPMG's corporate finance team. There, he gained experience in corporate spinouts and private equity transactions.
