
Oakley Capital invests in Time Out
Oakley Capital Investments has acquired 50% of publisher Time Out for around £10m, according to media reports.
Founded in 1968, Time Out has presence in over 30 countries, providing services across print, digital channels and live events. The brand has a worldwide audience of over 17 million.
The investment is set to provide financial and strategy support for the growth of the brand both in its traditional media and the continuing transition to digital.
