Clearwater International hires James Sinclair
Corporate finance advisory firm Clearwater International has appointed James Sinclair as head of its food and beverage team in London.
Sinclair had been working in Asia for the last twenty years. His latest appointment was managing partner with InterChina, a corportate finance advisory firm. Among others, he has advised JM Smucker on the acquisition of Guilin Seamild and McCormick on buying Wuhan Asia-Pacific Condiments.
At Clearwater International, he will advise mid-market clients on investments in the Chinese market and outbound Chinese activity.
