Ropes & Gray adds new partner
Kiran Sharma has joined global law firm Ropes & Grayтs private equity practice as a partner in London.
Previously, Sharma worked at DLA Piper in London as a partner in the corporate group and prior to that she was a senior associate at Allen & Overy. She focuses on private equity, M&A and public takeovers, representing private equity firms, management teams and companies across different sectors.
Sharma is the latest in a series of appointments since Ropes & Gray launched its London office a year ago.
