Connection Capital hires investment director

Otway will focus on mid-market UK buyouts and buy-ins, growth capital and replacement capital transactions.

Otway began his career in strategic advisory at The Parthenon Group where he spent 18 months before moving into private equity as an associate at NBGI Private Equity.

He then joined Bowmark Capital as an investment professional, where he spent seven months, before joining Connection Capital.

The new hire graduated with a BA hons in history and management studies from the University of Cambridge, and completed an MBA at the London Business School.
