Lazard said to appoint new co-head of private equity division
Financial adviser Lazard has hired Bank of America's Fotis Hasiotis to co-head its private equity division, according to reports.
The new appointee will be based in London and will co-run the group with Paris-based Isabelle Xoual. He is expected to take up the role in November this year.
Hasiotis joins from Bank of America, where he had been co-head of the Europe, Middle East and Africa financial sponsors group since 2008. He was replaced last May by Deutsche Bank's Rob Firth.
Lazard has so far declined to comment.
