MJ Hudson recruits John Dyson
Funds expert John Dyson has been hired as a partner at MJ Hudson, in a move the company hopes will strengthen its position the private equity, hedge funds and alternative assets industry.
MJ Hudson, established in Mayfair in July, works on fund formation, manager creation and spin-outs, as well as mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and portfolio company transactions.
Dyson was formerly a member of the London private equity and real estate funds groups at Simmons & Simmons and Clifford Chance.
"John's background and skills offers our clients additional, sector-focused expertise. His arrival will enhance the niche platform of MJ Hudson," said MJ Hudson founder Matthew Hudson.
