Infinity closes fund at $200m
UK-based Infinity has closed its third fund, which raised $200m.
Over half of the vehicle will be invested outside the UK, with particular interest in businesses that are based overseas or are already trading internationally. It will cover private equity and real state.
The fund will invest in established businesses that are seeking funding for development, acquisitions, refinancing or buyouts. Infinity is targeting equity tickers of between £5m and £25m and the enterprise values are likely to be between £10m and £50m.
