Octopus hires Simon Andrews to venture team
Simon Andrews has joined the venture division at Octopus Investments from Silicon Valley Bank.
He will be responsible for managing and developing the venture portfolio. Andrews has 10 years of experience working as an equity analyst and in M&A across Europe.
He was previously employed at Silicon Valley Bank where he was involved in venture and debt financing of life science and technology companies. Recent investments Andrews has worked on include glassesdirect.com, clearswift.com and adeptra.com.
