Matrix hires Price from Foresight

Small buyout house Matrix Private Equity Partners has appointed Christopher Price as investment manager. Price joins from Foresight Group, where he joined from ICON Corporate Finance.

Matrix's announcement comes hot on the heels of its completing two new deals: iglu.com, which it backed as part of a recapitalisation alongside incumbent backer Barclays Ventures; and Country Baskets (CB Imports), the £12m backing buyout of which it backed in December.
