Calculus hires Avendus's Davies

Davies spent three years with Avendus, where he was also head of European business. He qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC and has since worked at Nomura International, where he was head of European M&A for eight years, as well as in other positions at Robert Fleming and JP Morgan Chase.

In his new role, Davies will contribute to the management of Calculus's portfolio companies, which will involve guiding them to exit.
