Balderton exits Figleaves
Balderton has sold its stake in retail clothing trading company, Figleaves, to home shopping company N Brown Group - in a deal that values the company at ТЃ11.5m.
Figleaves retails luxury lingerie, underwear and swim wear over the internet and through print catalogues. The company is expected to generate revenues of £23m by end of June 2010.
The Figleaves website receives about 1.2 million customers every month, and delivers to about 100 countries. Balderton originally backed the company with expansion funding in 2005.
