
Eaton joins Goodwin Procter London office
US law firm Goodwin Procter has appointed Ben Eaton as a partner in the firm’s London office. Eaton joins from a tax counsel position at Allen & Overy.
Eaton's focus will be on tax matters involving investment funds and real estate transactions, as a member of the firm's tax practice. He has experience advising on the tax aspects of numerous types of funds, including private equity, infrastructure/renewables, debt, hedge funds and real estate.
Eaton is a member of the Stamp Taxes Practitioners Group and is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
