Throgmorton adds two to tax advisory unit
Throgmorton has boosted its tax advisory unit with the addition of Raminder Chowdhary as head of value added tax, and Stephen Smith, as tax manager.
Chowdhary has joined from KPMG where he specialised in UK and European financial services VAT. He started his career with Deloitte & Touche and was also previously VAT Manager at Vantis.
Stephen Smith is a business tax specialist and joins from Mazars, ending a 12-year stint with the accountancy company. Smith has 15 year experience covering start-ups, corporate and partnership tax compliance, tax planning and transaction.
The appointments will enable Throgmorton to offer enhanced services to its clients, to meet increased demand from investment managers looking improve processes and cut costs through the outsourcing key services.
