Livingstone appoints four
Livingstone London has made new hires across the board as part of the expansion of its London office.
James Local, who joined from Kinmont Advisory, has been appointed director in the business services team. He has more than nine years' experience and advised on a range of public and private company transactions in his previous role, prior to which he worked at UBS Investment Bank.
Richard Inglis joins Livingstone as associate director in the industrials team from Singapore-based M&A advisory firm Pickering Pacific, where he was involved in both buy- and sell-side mid-market transactions across south-east Asia. Inglis previously worked at London-based capital markets adviser Fairfax IS.
Tom Stoten and Jamie Hutton both join Livingstone as analysts, having qualified as chartered accountants at KPMG. Stoten is part of the media-tech team while Hutton is focused on the consumer sector.
Livingstone is an international mid-market M&A and debt advisory firm with offices in Beijing, Chicago, Düsseldorf, London and Madrid. It has 75 employees who complete 50 deals per year.
