DFJ Esprit heads $13m LBO round
Venture capital firm DFJ Esprit has led a $13m financing round for Light Blue Optics (LBO), a Cambridge-based company that develops miniature projection systems.
Existing investors Robert Bosch Venture Capital, Earlybird Venture Capital, Capital-E and NESTA also subscribed to the round and welcomed debut investor WhiteGold Fund Management and Christie Digital to the syndicate.
The funding will be put towards the continued commercialisation of LBO's flagship products as well as the development of its embedded interactive projection devices.
