Electra buys Riverside's Sentinel in SBO
Electra Partners has acquired Sentinel Performance Solutions from Riverside in a ТЃ43m secondary buyout.
The vendor made a 3x multiple gross cash-on-cash return and a 22% IRR. Riverside Company acquired Sentinel in 2005 from GE for £24.99m.
Sentinel was founded in 1985 and is a supplier of treatment products for hot water and residential heating facilities. The company is headquartered in Runcorn and has offices throughout the UK, France, Germany and Italy.
