YFM realises 4x in Cozart full exit
YFM Private Equity has announced the full exit from its investment in medical diagnostics business Cozart Plc. During the course of its six-year involvement in the company, YFM has seen returns of 4x. Cozart has been acquired by AIM-listed Concateno Plc for £64.4m. YFM first invested in Cozart in 2001, participating in a £3.1m expansion funding round. YFM along with co-investors Pi Capital and Avlar BioVentures floated Cozart on AIM in 2004 raising an additional £6.75m for Cozart and giving the business a market capitalisation of £27m.
