LDC sells Omega Red to South Staffordshire
Lloyds TSB Development Capital (LDC) has sold its shareholding in lightning protection and electrical earthing company Omega Red to South Staffordshire Plc.
Since the mid-market private equity firm's entrance in February 2008, the business, which employs more than 220 people, has increased its revenues from £13.5m to £16m.
John Garner, Investment Director and head of LDC East Midlands, led the deal for LDC.
