AnaCap promotes Edwards and Hilkene to partner

Both Hilkene and Edwards will remain in their current positions following their induction to the firm's partnership.

Hilkene joined AnaCap from Los Angeles-based private equity firm The Gores Group in 2006, where she was head of European business development, having opened the Gores' London office in 2004. Her employment at Gores was preceded by a stint in CIBC Oppenheimer's private clientele group.

A qualified accountant with more than 20 years' experience in the financial services industry, chief operating officer Edwards has been with AnaCap for nearly nine years. He was the head of finance and back office at a VCT manager prior to joining the GP.
