Hg appoints Warshaw to portfolio management team
HgCapital has named Stephen Warshaw as a director within its portfolio management team.
Warshaw will has worked with Hg in various capacities since 2004 and will join on a part-time basis.
Warshaw has 25 years' experience as CEO and Chairman in technology and media companies, including acting as chairman of Iris Software, a £100m Hg-led buyout between 2004 and 2007. He currently serves as chairman of TeamSystems, a 2010 €565m Hg-led buyout target.
