DIC mulls £600m sale of Alliance
Dubai International Capital (DIC) is reportedly exploring the option of selling its UK-based hospital equipment portfolio company Alliance Medical for ТЃ600m, if restructuring talks fail.
DIC is understood to be mulling plans for a speedy auction of the company if its senior lenders, which include Lloyds Banking Group, refuse to endorse DIC's plan for a fresh equity injection into the company.
The proposed equity injection plan is set to see DIC and the company's mezzanine lenders invest an additional £35m.
