Altius adds to infrastructure team

In his new role, Norval will source new potential funds, carry out due diligence, monitor investments, prepare reports for clients and manage and assist research projects.

Norval joins the firm from Green Gas Americas, where he was a project developer, responsible for originating and developing investments in landfill gas and energy within the US and Latin America. He specialised in equity investments, acquisitions and project financing.

Prior to his position at Green Gas, Norval was a commercial analyst at EDF Energy in London, where he identified financial risk associated with investments, carried out due diligence and made investment recommendations.

Altius Associates is a private equity advisory and fund-of-funds firm that invests via buyout, venture capital, mezzanine, secondaries and distressed funds. The company invests globally and has offices in London, Virginia and Singapore.
