Baird hires managing director
Baird has appointed Jonathan Bourn as managing director in its European investment banking team in London.
Bourn joins from AAC Capital where he spent 11 years working on MBOs, debt and equity restructurings, public-to-private transactions and disposals. As partner he was responsible for originating and executing new investments and managing a portfolio of the firm's pan-European fund. He also served on the fund's engagement and investment committee.
Prior to working at AAC, Bourn was director at the acquisition and leveraged finance group of Credit Suisse First Boston where he arranged debt packages for MBOs.
