
Debt adviser Marlborough Partners launched
A new debt advice company, Marlborough Partners, was officially launched today in London.
The new business aims to provide leveraged debt advisory services to European private equity firms.
Marlborough Partners was founded by William Allen, Jonathan Guise, David Parker and Romain Cattet. The team has advised on over €24bn of pan European debt financings, refinancings and restructuring across 65 completed transactions, five of which have recently closed.
