Isis Equity Partners hires four
Isis Equity Partners has added four new faces to offices across the UK, hiring Jennifer Stratton, Maria Evgeniou, Simon Peet and Oliver Mauldridge for its London and Manchester offices.
Stratton, Evgeniou and Peet will join Isis's London team – the two former as investment managers, the latter as an associate. Mauldridge will take on the position of investment manager in the GP's Manchester office.
Evgeniou joins soon-to-rebrand Isis from PwC, where she has been an assistant director in the law firm's London corporate finance department for the past six years. In the past two years, Evgeniou has worked on several deals, including ECI's sale of Cartrawler to BC Partners.
Her new investment manager colleague, Stratton, comes fresh from a two-year spell as vice president at FirstCapital Corporation and four years in Citi's TMT investment banking team. Her previous deals include Mobeus Equity Partners' sale of ATG Media.
In London, new associate Peet joins the team from boutique strategy consulting firm, The Parthenon Group, which was recently acquired by EY. In his two years at Parthenon, Peet focused on commercial due diligence in the education and business services sectors in particular.
Isis's new Manchester recruit, Mauldridge, completes a move from DC Advisory Partners, where he spent the past three years as an associate director. His experience before DC Advisory includes time at Barclays and Deloitte.
