Cleantech Invest backs Zonzoo Group
Private equity group Cleantech Invest AG has led a тЌ1.5m funding round for Zonzoo Group together with existing investors StoneFund NV and OakInvest.
The capital will be used to fund the expansion of the company and to strengthen its brand. The investment was made from the Cleantech Invest AG fund.
The Mitcham-based company was founded in 2001 and specialises in the recovery, refurbishment and reuse of used mobile phones. The phone recycling firm works with companies such as Vodafone, Media Markt and Tesco to acquire used mobiles.
