Alternative assets-focused law firm MJ Hudson has appointed Karma Samdup from CMS Cameron McKenna and Graham Nicholson from SJ Berwin to its M&A team.
Samdup joins as partner and will head up the venture practice. He will advise start-ups and high-growth companies as well as angels and venture capital houses in the technology and life sciences sectors. Notable deals Samdup has worked on in the past include Lyceum Capital's acquisition of Eat in March 2011.
