Lonsdale appoints Pindar
Lonsdale Capital Partners has hired Richard Pindar from KPMG as an associate.
At KPMG, Pindar trained and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2014. He worked in the corporate finance division as well as the transaction services team where he performed financial due diligence on behalf of private equity clients.
In his new role, Pindar will work across the business, focusing on deal origination, execution, as well as supporting existing portfolio companies.
The appointment comes shortly after Londsale's acquisition of Ocean Media, marking the GP's fourth deal this year. Furthermore, Londsdale has made two previous appointments this year, having hired Andrew Chetwood as an associate in March and James Knott as investment director in January.
